Hopefully They Won’t Close in the future

Our President Mubarak made a historical visit to the South of Sudan yesterday , he visited the north and met Omar Al Bashir then he headed to the South of Sudan. He also said that the Egyptian regime would 83625533 give all the help needed to the South of Sudan. He even said that the University of Alexandria will open a branch there. Well we already have our Cairo University branch in Khartoum , let’s just hope that branch will always be opened unlike to its brother in Khartoum which is from time to time closed.

Now I do not know how describe this visit to the South of Sudan ,whether it is a good move or it is a stupid move. It can be a smart good move , Egypt is trying to win the South of Sudan government to her side for the sake of the unity of Sudan or even Mubarak is trying to win allies for Omar Al Bashir in the South in his struggle against the ICC .

But it is on the other hand I think it is stupid move to try to win the South of Sudan now after it has been to the Israeli side for decades , it is stupid move because it is indirect recognition with that separatist government that want to have an independent state in the South and to break the unity of Sudan and to threat our national security !!?? If Mubarak thinks that it is ok to recognize that government ,then he has not excuse not to recognize Kosovo !!

Look I do not have anything to have talks with South Sudan so-called government but let’s agree it is from our national security that Sudan should be one piece and one country.

Still again I will say that may be it is a technique to keep Sudan one piece by getting close to the South of Sudan.

By the way it is good thing to see Mubarak in Egypt again in one piece , it seems that Southern Sudanese forgot the Massacre of 2006 new year’s eve !!??
