At Last Someone Is Speaking About That Project

Do you remember that luxurious residential project located directly on the bank of the Nile I spoke about from nearly a month ago ??

Well guess what I found a whole report about this project in Al Ahram newspaper today in page 7 and it was a negative report actually that surprised me because honestly I could not have imagined that Al Ahram newspaper would speak about the matter and expose it like that. It seems my friends this multi-million project did not take any official approval from any kind and yet its third stage is being prepared in the current time !!

The project has already broken many laws issued from the 1980s to 2005 !! Starting from article no.12 in law 1983 to article no.116 to prime minister’s decree no. 1383 in year 2005 !!

The single unit in this residential project is sold for LE 8,000,000 and all the residents up till now are from the Gulf  ; the Egyptian rich class is not invited I do not know why. The project according to the company consists of 14 palaces on 12 acres of what used to be very fertile agricultural land in Badarshin at 6th of October governorate. I know you think that this is not a big deal after 14 and 12 are not that big numbers but the fact that it happened makes me fear that it may repeat again especially with the absence of the law as you can see !!

Hopefully after this report we will see more follow up from the media.

Hats off to Mrs.Hanan Hagag.
